Electric Heating Boiler

Powered by electricity, this boiler converts electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating tubes, which can heat water for heating, air conditioning or domestic use. It boasts fast heating speed, high efficiency, compact size and no noise, and supports modular assembly, thus saving energy and facilitating installation and operation.

Compared with other types of boilers, the electric heating boiler requires a smaller boiler room footprint. The adoption of electric boilers eliminates the need for fuel storage space and chimney investment. It can adopt a thermal storage heating mode: an external heat storage water tank is equipped to store heat using off-peak electricity at night and supply heat through the tank during the day. Taking full advantage of off-peak electricity can effectively reduce heating costs.

Users can check, set and modify various regulating parameters via the function keys on the display screen. The system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as its core, which features high programming flexibility, powerful logic processing capability, as well as high operating speed and reliability. The system can be set with different temperature values according to user requirements to achieve the optimal energy-saving effect. The boiler control cabinet is equipped with protection functions against flow interruption, over-temperature, over-pressure, short circuit, electric leakage, phase loss and over-current, ensuring more stable and safe operation of the boiler.

The boiler is capable of variable load operation. Domestic hot water and air conditioning hot water can be supplied separately or alternately, achieving the purpose of one machine for multiple uses or multiple machines for concurrent use.
