DZL series of coal-fired (biomass-fired) steam(hot water) boilers
Employing high-efficiency heat transfer elements—threaded smoke tubes—and a suitable flue gas velocity, the boiler's thermal efficiency is 6-8 percentage points higher than the national professional standard.
The convex tube sheet and threaded smoke tubes transform the boiler shell from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic body. Combined with the airfoil-shaped flue, this completely avoids the high-temperature tube sheet cracking problem of traditional fire-tube boilers.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The rational water circulation loop and unique return water ejector device (for hot water boilers) increase the water velocity in the riser pipe and prevent water-cooled wall tube rupture.
The boiler employs in-furnace inertial dust separation, supplemented by a high-efficiency multi-tube dust collector, ensuring that the boiler's dust emission concentration meets the requirements of Class I areas . The reasonable boiler structure can support its own weight without the need for a steel frame.
The furnace arch, which is energy-saving and has strong radiation, can ensure the stable combustion of bituminous or anthracite coal.
By adopting high-standard, high-quality auxiliary equipment, accessories, and automatic control devices, we ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler while reducing the labor intensity of boiler operators.
With a compact structure, boilers ranging from 1 to 20 t/h (0.7 to 14 WM) can all be arranged in a single layer.
