WNS Series Condensing Gas-fired(Oil-fired) Steam Boilers

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

1. Horizontal, fully wet-back structure, compact and aesthetically pleasing overall layout.

2. Externally integrated finned tube economizer and externally independent vertical condenser, compact structure, easy maintenance.

3. Optimized heat transfer surface design effectively controls flue gas resistance.

4. Variable frequency feedwater and control technology ensures high condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.

5. Condenser uses special steel resistant to sulfuric acid and low dew point corrosion, significantly extending service life.

6. A programmable logic controller (PLC) combined with a touch screen and buttons enables a dual-channel intelligent control system for both manual and automatic operation.

7. Comprehensive safety interlock protection functions ensure safe and efficient boiler operation.

8. Multiple boilers can be networked, automatically selecting the number of operating boilers and allocating the load to each boiler without setting up a main control console.
