The SZS series boiler features a double-drum, longitudinally arranged, O-shaped combustion chamber structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection tube bundle. It is fixed to the chassis via movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, ensuring the boiler expands outwards. The furnace is surrounded by narrow-pitch water-cooled tube walls. The water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear of the convection tube bundle area has a staggered, sparse structure, while the front has a sequential structure. The flue gas generated during combustion enters the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area from the flue outlet at the rear of the furnace, then turns at the front left side of the boiler to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, finally entering the flue and being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
