PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A vacuum hot water boiler is a type of heat exchange equipment that heats water by transferring heat through the boiling, evaporation and condensation heat exchange of a heat medium. It consists of two parts: an evaporative heat exchanger and a condensing heat exchanger.

The evaporative heat exchanger is equipped with a boiler combustion chamber and convective heating surfaces. The heat released by fuel combustion turns the heat medium water inside the heating surfaces into saturated steam under a corresponding pressure. The steam rises to the condensation section and condenses in the condensing heat exchanger, releasing latent heat of vaporization to transfer heat to the domestic hot water in the exchanger. After the water is heated to a specified temperature, it is supplied to heat consumers. The condensed water then flows back to the evaporative heat exchanger to evaporate and vaporize again, thus continuously supplying heat to the outside in a cyclic process.


PRODUCT DETAILS

Vacuum hot water boilers operate by utilizing the characteristic that water's boiling temperature varies under different pressures. At one atmosphere (0.1 MPa), water boils at 100°C, while at 0.06 MPa, its boiling temperature is 85°C. Vacuum phase-change heat exchanger boilers operate within a vacuum range of 2.67 kPa to 66.6 kPa, corresponding to saturation temperatures of 15 °C to 85°C. Under the operating pressure of the vacuum boiler, combustion raises the temperature of the heat transfer medium (water) to its saturation temperature, generating steam at the same temperature on the water surface. Cool water is then passed through the condenser heat exchanger; the cold water inside the tubes is heated by the steam outside the tubes into hot water, which is then delivered to the user. The steam outside the tubes is cooled, condenses into water droplets, and flows back to the water surface to be heated again, thus completing the entire cycle.
