PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A vacuum hot water boiler is a heat exchange device that heats water by transferring heat through the boiling, evaporation, and condensation of a heat transfer medium. It consists of two parts: a evaporative heat exchanger and a condensing heat exchanger. The evaporative heat exchanger has a boiler combustion chamber and a convective heating surface. The heat released by fuel combustion causes the water in the heating surface to generate saturated steam at a corresponding pressure. The steam rises to the condensing section and condenses in the condensing heat exchanger, releasing its latent heat of vaporization. This heat is transferred to the hot water in the heat exchanger, heating the water to a certain temperature before it is delivered to the heat user. The condensate then returns to the evaporative heat exchanger to evaporate and vaporize again, thus continuously supplying heat to the outside world.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Vacuum hot water boilers operate by utilizing the characteristic that water's boiling temperature varies under different pressures. At one atmosphere (0.1 MPa), water boils at 100°C, while at 0.06 MPa, its boiling temperature is 85°C. Vacuum phase-change heat exchanger boilers operate within a vacuum range of 2.67 kPa to 66.6 kPa, corresponding to a saturation temperature of 15°C to 85°C. Under the operating pressure of the vacuum boiler, combustion raises the temperature of the heat transfer medium water to its saturation temperature, generating steam at the same temperature on the water surface. Then, cool water is passed into the condenser heat exchanger. The cold water inside the tubes is heated by the steam outside the tubes into hot water, which is then delivered to the user. The steam outside the tubes is cooled, condenses into water droplets, and flows back to the water surface to be heated again, thus completing the entire cycle.
